Meet Alyssa
Alyssa is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado who has been practicing for over 6 years. She received her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Northern Colorado and has worked with clients of all ages, backgrounds, abilities and identities. Alyssa specializes in working with adult and adolescent survivors of trauma utilizing EMDR and Existential Psychotherapy with an eclectic toolbox of interventions including expressive arts, animal assisted, CBT, DBT and more. Alyssa strives to meet each of her clients exactly where they are, engaging and empowering each individual to take ownership of their unique mental health journey.
